Full summer program

We have planned a comprehensive summer program to elevate our athletes' skill levels to new heights, while also working in the gym and on ergs getting those 2k scores nationally competitive. With 2 a day sessions, video review, small boat experiences, visiting coaches and more, 
this will be the most rewarding summer season of your life!


Air and water temperatures are warm and the conditions normally calm (especially in the morning), allowing us to frequently break down into small boats (2x / 2- / 1x) to hone our skills.
We will also provide instruction on college recruiting, nutrition and sports psychology.


Regattas include:
Philadelphia Youth Regatta        Saturday July 20
Royal Canadian Henley *                August 4 - 11
* To be eligible for Henley, athletes must be in attendance from July 8 - Aug 11

Most of our athletes will sign up for the full summer program. 
This gives you access to the most rowing, flexibility, all races and includes pre-season.
